摘要: Constructs at the craniovertebral junction (CVJ) are complex and basic biomechanical as well biological principles need to be applied each individual scenario. The properties of CVJ must either matched or appropriately counteracted by any construct that is stabilize, maintain motion, appropriate alignment. Several reconstruction techniques discussed in this section.
