摘要: With increasing recognition of the complications related to coagulopathies, it is paramount importance for all orthopedic surgeons possess a basic knowledge common bleeding disorders. The evaluation coagulopathic patient requires careful history, physical examination, and laboratory evaluation. Bleeding disorders commonly include quantitative qualitative platelet coagulation factor inhibitors. management these coagulopathies that can be encountered in elective nonelective practice often ignored. appropriate multidisciplinary approach with hematologists cardiologists, perform minor major procedures safely effectively.
