摘要: A practical optimization method is applied to design nonlinear truss-like structures subjected seismic excitation. To achieve minimum weight design, inefficient material gradually shifted from strong parts weak of a structure until state uniform deformation prevails. By considering different truss structures, effects excitation, target ductility and buckling the compression members on optimum topology are investigated. It shown that proposed could lead 60% less structural compared methods based elastic behavior equivalent static loads, efficient at controlling performance parameters under earthquake.
