摘要: A monoclonal antibody, NCC-SG-007, was raised with a formalin-fixed adenoid cystic carcinoma of the salivary gland as immunogen. The reactivity antibody tested on paraffin sections using avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex (ABC) method. NCC-SG-007 reacted 36% carcinomas, 42% pleomorphic adenomas and 14% mucoepidermoid tumors which were tested. also some normal tissues various other tumors. Surprisingly, showed high 94% gastric carcinomas. antigenic determinant revealed to be carbohydrate chain no terminal sialic acid, molecular weight estimated 1.5 X 10(6) daltons. This antigen differed from previously reported gastrointestinal cancer-associated antigens. should useful for studying carcinomas cancers.
