摘要: The construction of the temperature scale PTB‐96 below 15 mK relies on platinum NMR thermometry. quality Curie law for pure metal and limitations set by magnetic impurities are discussed. solution found to overcome resulting difficulties is described, an uncertainty budget drawn up. Measurements with different instrumentation supporting also presented.
