摘要: AbstractThis study indicates, as the recent Carbon-14 analysis of lime mortar from Episcopal Basilica at Stobi, Yugoslavia, that is a valuable tool for dating successive phases construction in historical monuments. At Gothic church Saint-Benigne Dijon, France, verified archaeological discovery remains four documented churches beneath present building. Most important 14C confirmed 11th-century built by William Volpiano which described Chronicle between 1055 and 1075 A.C. also identified 9th-century church, this building replaced, an earlier 6th-century on site.
