摘要: Objective: The use of 10–12-core systemic transrectal ultrasound (TRUS)-guided prostate biopsy protocols with extended-sampling has been an optimizing strategy for diagnosis cancer. In this study, we aim to examine the cancer detection rate (CDR) and complications following at our institution. Materials Methods: We retrospectively reviewed medical data patients who underwent TRUS-guided between 2007 2013 pathological outcomes, major complications, morbidities were recorded assessed clinically. Results: During study period, 425 enrolled. mean age participants was 67.9 years.
