摘要: The staining of unfixed NK/Ly and Yoshida ascites tumour cells with acridine orange has been found to enhance the electron density ribosomes, both in free state bound surface endoplasmic reticulum, also interchromatinic granules. It induced as well an aggregation ribosomes Staining orange, when preceded by glutaraldehyde fixation, increased RNA-containing granules without inducing noticeable aggregation. positive reaction indicates their RNA content.
