摘要: Knee arthroplasty implants are designed with features that provide varying articular constraint over the range of flexion such pattern knee motion may also vary. Because motions total have a direct influence on patient function and device longevity, it is important to understand how based variety design philosophies perform in vivo. Fifty-nine knees patients 5 designs were studied fluoroscopic imaging during gait stair-climbing activities. Many showed significantly different kinematics between stair activities, as well differences from having other implant designs. The measured consistent intrinsic provided by components variation range.
