摘要: DNA-based HLA typing is an essential step in the organ and hematopoietic stem cell transplantations. Intermediate-resolution HLA-DQ has gained importance transplantation as antibody most frequent de novo donor-specific (DSA) associated with poor outcome, epitope analysis of antigens critical identification DS [1]. based on reverse sequence-specific oligonucleotide (SSO) probes method using Luminex (Luminex Corp., Austin, TX, USA), which provides intermediate-resolution DNA typing, being used increasingly [2, 3]. Although performance HLA-DRB1 PCR-SSO kit was recently reported [4], there no report HLA-DQB1 Luminex. Therefore, we evaluated LIFECODES SSO Korean individuals.
