摘要: Antibody titres (IgA and IgG) for Helicobacter pylori were assayed in 69 insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus patients (42 males, age 1-20 years) 310 healthy controls (171 years). A positive antibody titre was found 18/69 diabetic subjects compared to 17/310 (p < 0.001). There no difference between negative as regards age, sex, duration of diabetes, control, insulin dose SDS weight height. Gastroduodenoscopy revealed presence evidence gastric inflammation 7/8 symptomatic children. a significant association the positivity anti-cow's milk protein anti-Helicobacter antibodies, control group. Seven 17 diabetics studied within 3 months onset had Helicobacter. Of these seven patients, five antibodies. In our study prevalence infection significantly higher than controls, but asymptomatic there correlation with control. associated humoral response cow's proteins often present from diabetes.
