摘要: Abstract We investigate whether Higgs inflation can occur in the Standard Model starting from natural initial conditions or not. The has a non-minimal coupling to Ricci scalar. confine our attention regime where quantum Einstein gravity effects are small order have results that independent of ultraviolet completion gravity. At classical level we find no tuning is required successful inflation, provided homogeneity condition satisfied. On other hand, at obtain renormalization for large requires an additional degree freedom, unless values running parameters made. In see this effect may change predictions finally include such freedom field content and show Starobinsky's R 2 dominates over inflation.
