摘要: Traditional omni-directional antennas result in increased mutliuser interference and are known to limit the performance of Medium Access Control (MAC) protocols for ad-hoc networks. Topology control is capability a node set neighbor nodes this paper, impact using smart and/or power topology investigated. The TDMA MAC schemes with common frame which assignment time slots not aware assigned (topology-unaware like Deterministic Policy Probabilistic Policy), studied as well. A comparison based on analytical models reveals advantages control, well its dependence mobility resolution. It shown that “high resolution” highly mobile environments may be effective conditions established under beneficial. Simulation results variety network topologies support claims expectations aforementioned analysis show system throughput achieved can higher both policies especially Policy. also how affects suitable environments.
