摘要: We address the question why papers dealing with ecology of primates are so sparsely represented in general ecological literature. A literature analyses based on entries Web Science and PrimateLit reveals that despite a large number published primates, only very small fraction these is high-ranking international journals. discuss potential reasons for disproportion highlight problems associated experimental research wild constraints sample size as major issues.
