High-throughput fabrication of organic nanowire devices with preferential internal alignment and improved performance.

摘要: We demonstrate that arrays of nanowires conjugated polymers can be easily produced by a simple embossing protocol, compatible with very large scale integration technology. The process is shown to have the supplementary virtue increase internal degree order nanowires, significantly enhancing their performance. This applied fabrication nanowire-based devices consisting liquid crystalline light-emitting polymer, semiconducting and an amorphous conducting illustrating versatility wide applicability method.
