摘要: Primares Ziel der Behandlung des Lungenkarzinoms ist die Verlangerung Langzeituberlebens unter Beibehaltung Lebensqualitat. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei systemische Therapie. Mit Chemotherapie als bisher einziger systemischer Therapieform scheint jedoch ein Effektivitatsplateau auf nicht befriedigendem Niveau erreicht zu sein.
