摘要: PURPOSE To quantitatively assess the effectiveness of urotherapy for children with daytime urinary incontinence, according to definitions International Children's Continence Society. MATERIAL AND METHODS We performed a retrospective review 122 (age: mean 9, range 5-14 yrs) treated in an outpatient program lower tract dysfunction. Exclusion criteria were neurologic abnormalities. RESULTS Using ICCS treatment outcome, success rate determined: all 78% responded urotherapy: 38 (42%) had full response: they became dry during daytime, 8 (9%) showed good response, 24 (27%) partial 20 (22%) no response objective data missing after training.
