摘要: In this study, the LAPSs (light addressable potentiometric sensors) which have devices of Si/sub 3/N/sub 4//SiO/sub 2//Si, Ta/sub 2/O/sub 5//SiO/sub 2//Si structure were fabricated. Also, it was investigated response characteristics to penicillin concentration and detected 2D images 128 /spl times/ pixels. The penicillinase immobilized on hydrolyze using self-assembled monolayer (SAM) method. measuring system simplified by Lab VIEW software. result enzyme reaction, sensitivity sensor has 4/ surfaces 60 mV/decade 5/ 74 in range 0.1 mM sim/ 10 concentration. Image detecting time an reaction between took about minutes at pixels 1 cm sensing area.
