摘要: Abstract Two carbazole dimers ( 1 and 10 ) were synthesized from 9-ethyl-9 H -carbazole-3-carbaldehyde 6-bromo-9-ethyl-9 by McMurry C–C coupling reaction. Palladium(0)-catalyzed C–N reactions of various diarylamines result in the formation stable derivatives good yields. These compounds are fluorescent blue to yellow region with moderate quantum Also, they thermally capable hole-transporting due presence moieties. The electroluminescent devices fabricated using , 2 3 as hole-transporters/emitters a bilayer structure ITO/ Cpd /TPBI or Alq /LiF/Al = exhibit performance (e.g., η ext =1.0–2.1%; p =0.9–1.9 lm/W; c =2.4–4.8 cd/A at current density 100 mA/cm ).
