Factors Associated with Anger among Male Adolescents in Western Iran: An Application of Social Cognitive Theory

摘要: INTRODUCTION: Anger can be defined a natural emotional response that is gradually formed to protect us in dealing with threats, damages, assaults, and failures; while hatred change of attitude which built following the persistence anger towards subject or an individual. One main reasons adolescents' reference counseling centers their accompanied by violence. OBJECTIVE: This study aims determine social cognitive factors associated among population adolescents west Iran based on theory. METHODOLOGY: Samples were selected multi-stage cluster sampling. METHOD including first second-grade male high school students from Ilam town (N=360). The Spielberger's questionnaire (STAXI 2) self-designed Bandura's theory employed as data collection instruments present study. RESULTS: Of population, 200 first-grade 160 students. 135 child family, 150 second third birth, 75 fifth above families. Descriptive tests correlation analysis used conduct statistical analysis. Although there was significant inverse relationship between all components anger, strongest seen self-efficacy (-0.585) weakest modeling (-0.297). DISCUSSION & CONCLUSION: If concluded helping people know abilities have better personal judgment this case, influence control.
