摘要: A two-dimensional crystal of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) monolayer is a photoluminescent direct gap semiconductor in striking contrast to its bulk counterpart. Exfoliation MoS2 via Li intercalation an attractive route large-scale synthesis crystals. However, this method results loss pristine semiconducting properties due structural changes that occur during intercalation. Here, we report and electronic chemically exfoliated MoS2. The metastable metallic phase emerges from was found dominate the as-exfoliated material, but mild annealing leads gradual restoration phase. Above temperature 300 °C, exhibit prominent band photoluminescence, similar mechanically monolayers, indicating their are largely restored.
