摘要: The past 20 years has witnessed the development of technologies designed to measure changes in expressed human genome, including levels RNA transcripts, proteins, and metabolites. Gene expression profiling, or measurement allows investigators obtain a snapshot subject’s current physiological state may be used assess disease likelihood. In this review, we provide an overview recent work using peripheral blood gene coronary artery (CAD) discuss best approaches for developing validating tests utilizing such signatures.
