摘要: Abstract This paper discusses the development of algorithms for machine recognition optically captured Arabic characters and their isolation from printed text. text is formed a set connected or individual fonts. Recognition based only on need to be supplemented with separation algorithm. Moment-invariant descriptors are investigated purpose characters. Meanwhile, recognize characters, an algorithm developed.
