摘要: Abstract Comb-like ZnO microstructures have been synthesized in high yield via catalyst free thermal evaporation at a relatively low temperature. The structural and optical properties of the prepared samples were studied using scanning electron microscopy, transmission X-ray diffraction, Raman spectrum, photoluminescence (PL) microscopic PL images. morphologies products show ribbon like stem nanorod arrays with square, rectangle parallelogram cross section aligned along one side former. spectra images reveal that strong orange–yellow emission, notably different from green emission nanocombs by only thermally evaporating pure zinc power. difference could be ascribed to change defect status resulted impurity effect during growth microstructures.
