摘要: Abstract Several reports have suggested that a decrease or absence of adenosine deaminase complexing protein (ADCP) is consistently associated with cancer. However, in other studies, decreased as well increased ADCP levels were found. In the present study, we investigated 37 colorectal adenocarcinomas and correlated results clinicopathological characteristics individual carcinomas. The (EC 3.5.4.4) soluble determined tissue samples by, respectively, spectrophotometric assay an specific radioimmunoassay. values tumors compared their histological characteristics, such degree differentiation, nuclear grading, preoperative plasma carcinoembryonic antigen patients. It was found about third but unaltered even others. there overall 40% increase activity to normal tissue. There seems be no simple correlation between any parameters levels. Methods detecting at single cell level might helpful exploring its potential use cancer-associated marker.
