摘要: This article examines the connection between economic pressures and impaired well-being at work experienced by Finnish statutory social workers. The survey data were collected during years 2011–2012. respondents (N = 817) workers in services. overall response rate was 46.5 nearly 60% of all municipalities participated study. study affirms worrying state Up to 43% reported worsening their work-related past two years.
