摘要: We conducted acoustic surveys of insectivorous bat fauna in riparian areas along the Macquarie and Bogan River systems wheatbelt semi-arid central-western New South Wales, Australia. In 10 sites we detected 11 species two groups bats eight genera. Four species, Chocolate Wattled Bat Chalinolobus morio, Large-footed Myotis macropus, Large Forest Vespadelus darlingtoni Southern V. regulus, are predominantly Bassian (chiefly coastal) their recorded distributions but were Eyrean sub-region on rivers vegetation dominated by Red Gum Eucalyptus camaldulensis. The findings this study highlight need for further research to assess importance corridors as habitat Wales.
