摘要: The paper deals with supplementation of hen diet oils increased content omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) and occurrence (FA) in tissues eggs laying hens after the respective supplementation. experiment was carried out on 30 ISA BROWN hybrid, divided to three groups (A, B, C). For period weeks group A administered flax-seed oil, B served as a control C fed base rations supplemented fish oil. In addition that vitamin E an antioxidant. Administration source PUFA their concentration both egg-yolk which resulted change ratio omega-6 PUFA. No influence oil alpha-tocopherol observed.
