摘要: Abstract Aim of the work To describe clinical profile and subtypes spondyloarthritis (SpA) patients from a tertiary care center in North-Eastern India. Patients method This cross-sectional study was conducted hospital Northeast India including 34 patients. Diagnosis SpA based on European Spondyloarthropathy Study group (ESSG) criteria. Results cases were 26 (76.5%) males 8 (23.5%) females. The male to female ratio 3.2:1. mean age 45 ± 20.2 years. 21 (61.8%) belonged 21–40 years. at onset 28.4 ± 11.4 years while disease duration 5.4 ± 5.1 years. Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) most common subtype (n = 19,56%), followed by reactive arthritis (ReA)(n = 5,15%) undifferentiated (UdSpA)(n = 5,15%). Psoriatic (PsA)(n = 4,12%) juvenile (n = 1,3%) made up rest cases. articular manifestations peripheral (88.2%) low back pain (73.5%) enthesitis (50%). There evidence sacroiliitis 20 (58.8%) which 19 had AS 17 (85%) bilateral. HLAB27 done 14 with one Juvenile SpA; 10(73.7%) positive. Conclusion commonest encountered notable preponderance among Peripheral presentation all As diagnosing can be challenging, it is recommended that physicians have high index suspicion. Early diagnosis knowledge pattern might contribute more favorable treatment outcomes.
