摘要: Psychiatric disorders disturb higher cognitive functions and severely compromise human health. However, the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying psychiatric are very complex, understanding these remains a great challenge. Currently, many hypothesized to reflect "faulty wiring" or aberrant connectivity in brains. Imaging connectomics is arising as promising methodological framework for describing structural functional patterns of brain. Recently, alterations brain networks connectome have been reported various disorders, may provide biomarkers disease diagnosis prognosis evaluation treatment efficacy. Here, we summarize current achievements both connectomes several major (eg, schizophrenia, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, autism) based on multi-modal neuroimaging data. We highlight progress identification hypotheses concerning individuals with discuss research questions that might contribute further mechanistic from connectomic perspective.
