摘要: Summary 14CO2 was fed to single leaves and whole plants of B. napus at different stages plant development. 14C activity assayed various intervals after labeling. The experiments showed that younger the rapeseed are supported by older ones during pre-anthesis growth. Photosynthates from upper mainly utilized in development stem buds. However nearly 75% assimilates topmost (flag) leaf were translocated growing fruits. During period most intensive accumulation dry matter seeds, net photosynthetic (dpm/mg weight) fruit walls parts bearing siliques 2%, 28% 41%, respectively (leaves = 100%). share assimilated delivered these organs seeds (dpm/organ, sum 100%) 37% for leaves, 32% 31% stem. contribution their own thus relatively small (ca. 1%). In an induced mutant «M 11», activities markedly higher all seed than those parental cultivar «Oro». As compared «Oro», 11» has a genetically lower content linolenic acid its walls. No direct relationship could be determined, however, between assimilation two varieties.
