Sociable people beware? Investigating smartphone versus nonsmartphone dependency symptoms among young Singaporeans

摘要: Our purpose in this web-based study was to relate smartphone and nonsmartphone use symptoms of mobile phone dependency, examine sociability context. We used a stratified sampling method recruit 551 Singaporean undergraduates. The results showed that young users tended have greater dependency more severe than did. found utilizing Internet text messaging were both positively associated with users’ dependency. Regardless type used, the level feeling anxious lost, withdrawal/escape.
