摘要: Abstract: Topography is a signif icant factor influenci ng the spatial distribu tion of precipitation. This study developed new methodology to evaluate and calibrate Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission Multi-satellite Precipitation Analysis (TMPA) products by merging geographic topographic information. In proposed method, firstly, consistency rule was introduced fitness satellite rainfall with measurements on grids without ground gauges. Secondly, in order improve rate rainfall, genetic programming mine relationship between gauge location, elevat ion TMPA rainfall. The proof experiment analysis for mean annual precipitation from 2001–2012, 3B43 (V7) product, carried out eight mountainous areas China. result shows that method significant efficient both assessment improvement precipita tion. It found rain fall rates gauged ungauged are different area. addition, mined correlation location-elevation-TMPA can noticeably precipitation, context criterion existing criteria such as Bias RMSD. also correcting monthly 3B42RT.
