摘要: Abstract A new, optical technique to determine molecular order of lipid bilayers is described. This based on birefringence (double refraction) and applicable without any kinds labeling. The including the orientation acyl chain determined from interference light by vesicles due birefringence. Because high sensitivity order, it possible detect a slight change in order. Effects hydrophilic, hydrophobic amphiphilic additives bilayer membranes measured this are also experiments show that powerful investigate with additives.
