摘要: Abstract 1. The intestinal absorption into lymph of α- and γ-tocopherols was studied in rats with mesenteric cannulae. γ-Tocopherol consistently absorbed to an extent 15% lower than that α-tocopherol. Both appeared the unchanged were distributed similarly among lipoproteins. 2. When a mixture bound chylomicrons very low density lipoproteins injected intravenously rats, distribution two tocopherols plasma similar. A detailed study lipo-protein α-tocopherol, cholesterol, triglyceride phospholipid rat revealed α-tocopherol not specifically associated any one group, but its most nearly resembled total lipid. 3. α-Tocopherol γ-tocopherol after intravenous injection equally taken up from by red cells liver, there initial preferential uptake spleen. After 24 h, all tissues had lost more rapidly γ-tocopherol.
