Unified description of charge transfer mechanisms and vibronic dynamics in nanoscale junctions.

摘要: We propose a general framework that unifies the description of counting statistics transmitted (fermionic) charges as it is commonly used in quantum transport community with phonons (bosons). As particular example, we study on same footing electrons transferred through molecular junction and corresponding population dynamics associated vibrational mode. In tunnel limit, non-perturbative results electron–phonon interaction are derived unify complementary approaches based rate equations or use non-equilibrium Green functions.
