摘要: Although communication difficulties affect a significant number of stroke survivors, specialist follow-up in the community may not always be available. It is therefore vital that nurses have skills and confidence only to engage well with patients their daily work, but also encourage inclusion research other projects. This article reports on experiences small sample survivors carers during first month at home following discharge from hospital. Their journey involved discovering adapting new situations abilities. The details how participants virtually no speech can included studies.
