摘要: In one aspect of the present invention, a downhole tool has fluid path defined by bore formed within tubular body tool, reciprocating sleeve located bore, segmented seat with by-pass; at least segment is positioned an outer diameter to complete seat, and relief in wall adjacent sleeve; wherein when occupied obstruction only portion obstructed impinging causes move direction flow until relieved releases obstruction.
