摘要: Cytobiological experiments using isotopic- and cytochemical-labeled Sepia hemocyanin as well immunocytochemical localization of the respiratory pigment were carried out to investigate function hemocytes in metabolism common cuttlefish officinalis. For comparison, rhogocytes (ovoid cells) branchial heart complex included this study. Hemocyanin molecules immunocytochemically detected lysosomal compartment and, at lower levels, adhesive circulating hemocytes. 125I-labeled was taken up by only, whereas gold- and/or fluorescein-labeled solely hemocytes, even though level uptake is different. There are also differences pure gold particles fluorescein between These findings give evidence that not involved turnover, but a component cellular defense detoxification system adult coleoid cephalopods.
