摘要: The polymorphisms of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) are associated with reduced eNOS activity. Aerobic exercise training (AEX) may influence resting (NO) production, oxidative stress and blood pressure. purpose this study was to investigate the effect AEX on relationship among pressure, gene polymorphism in pre-hypertensive older people. 118 subjects (59 ± 6 years) had samples collected after a 12 h overnight fast for assessing plasma NO metabolites (NOx) assays, thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (T-BARS) superoxide dismutase activity (ecSOD). (T-786C G-894T) done by standard PCR methods. All people were divided according genotype results (G1: TT/GG, G2: TT/GT + TT, G3: TC + CC/GG, G4: TC + CC/GT + TT). parameters measured before 6 months (70% VO2 max). At baseline, no difference found systolic diastolic ecSOD T-BARS Plasma NOx levels significantly different between G1 (19 ± 1 μM) G4 (14.2 ± 0.6 μM) G2 (20.1 ± 1.7 μM) (14.2 ± 0.6 μM). Therefore, concentration group occurred only when associated, suggesting that these more related genetic factors than NO-scavenging effect. After AEX, increased values (17.2 ± 1.2 μM) decreased G1, G3 levels. These suggest can modulate concentration, polymorphism, pressure especially C (T-786C) T (G-894T) allele carriers.
