摘要: Disorder effects in quantum electronic systems have led to a variety of novel phases. Fermionic played special role our understanding such effects. Indeed for fermions, the Pauli principle prevent fermions be trapped macroscopically minima random potential, making non interacting case worthwhile study. then leads rich physics Anderson localization. Using both scaling theories and sophisticated field theoretical techniques, it is now known that electrons are localized by disorder one two dimensions, whereas mobility edge exists three dimensions. [7, 3, 1, 35, 12, 11]
