摘要: The paper dwells on a judgement model for R&D project evaluation using multifactor criteria based hierarchic considerations. idea is to employ formal tools in quantification of subjective evaluations where expert involved. Comparative priority scale are converted quantities the eigen vector concept. This also essence Analytic Hierarchic Process (AHP) Satty [Satty T L, analytic process (Mc Graw Hill, New York) 1980] which as technique employed evaluation. It argued that AHP more effective than scoring charts and utility models setting judgemental through peer rating.
