Green synthesis of spiro[indoline-3, 9 ′ -xanthene]trione derivatives using sulfonic acid functionalized SBA-15 as a new nanoporous acid catalyst

摘要: Abstract A simple and efficient method for the synthesis of spiro[indoline-3, 9′-xanthene]trione derivatives has been achieved through condensation reaction isatins two moles dimedone or 1,3-cyclohexanedione, under solvent-free conditions, in presence SBA-15-Pr–SO3H as an heterogeneous nano solid acid catalyst. The features this procedure are short times, good yields, workup. absence solvent allows avoiding use toxic organic solvents, which makes safe environmentally friendly. Furthermore, with a pore size 6 nm advantage being nano-reactor whose nano-pores proceeds easily.
