STUDIES ON IN VITRO PROPAGATION OF PROMISING GRAPE ( Vitis vinifera L.) ROOTSTOCKS

摘要: The present investigation entitled “Studies on in vitro propagation of promising grape (Vitis Vinifera L.) rootstocks” was carried out the Tissue Culture Laboratory Department Fruit Science, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana during 2013-2014. MS medium fortified with BAP (1.0 mg/l) + Kinetin shows maximum establishment 45.54 % and 40.80 from nodal segments shoot tips respectively. Rootstock R 110 1613 C rootstock exhibited segment tip 47.37 35.42 regeneration (65.67 %) recorded supplemented mg/l). Degrasset gave (52.89 regeneration. Maximum number shoots (3.63) per explant were produced at (1.5 length (3.13 cm) (0.5 medium. (1.73 rootstock. rooting (64.95 media IBA (0.1 NAA (55.64 roots (13.75) (0.01 (5.66 cultured 2:1:1 ratio peat perlite vermiculite is best for plantlet under ex conditions.
