摘要: Abstract The injection of rabbit blood into cats causes hypotension, thrombocytopaenia, leukopaenia, a rise in central venous pressure and right ventricular pulmonary artery pressures fall circulating levels fibrinogen. Death occurred rapidly after the 50% control animals was associated with respiratory distress. Measurement plasma thromboxane B 2 6-oxo PGF 1α surviving controls demonstrated marked elevation former no significant change latter. Pretreatment either synthetase inhibitor, 1-(cyclo octyl methyl) imidazole or aspirin prevented distress death reduced elevations cardiovascular observed animals. Neither compound thrombocytopaenia leukopaenia but did attenuate following blood. In addition, pretreatment resulted an approximately five-fold increase circulatory five minutes inducing shock. We conclude that A plays important role (and other organs) dysfunction during shock induced by heterologous addition we have shown inhibition vivo under conditions where is produced leads to synthesis prostacyclin.
