摘要: Background In the Republic in Congo, national algorithm for diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) relies on Ziehl-Neelsen (ZN) sputum smear microscopy, chest X-ray radiography (CXR) and clinical symptoms. Microscopy positive TB (MPT+) is defined as symptoms a ZN smear. negative (MPT-) TB, but CXR changes consistent with TB. The present cross-sectional study was designed to determine prevalence MPT individuals among HIV presenting an ambulatory treatment center (CTA) Brazzaville.
