摘要: The significance of cardiac chymase after myocardial infarction (MI) was evaluated using a hamster model MI. At 1, 3, 7, 14, 28 and 56 days MI, tissues were removed for measurements angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) activities. mean infarct size 3 left coronary artery ligation 47.3 +/- 5.9% the ventricle circumference. ratio weight to body significantly increased from level plasma renin activity in MI hamsters at early phase (1-3 days), while no significant changes ACE observed. infarcted starting this increase sustained up days. 1 day number chymase-positive mast cells higher than sham group 7 operation. Treatment with an angiotensin (Ang) II type receptor antagonist (candesartan cilexetil, 10 mg/kg per day) before induction reduced mortality rate during 14 observation following whereas treatment inhibitor (lisinopril, 20 did not. A improvement hemodynamics (maximal negative positive rates pressure development, ventricular systolic end-diastolic pressure, arterial blood pressure) observed by candesartan but not lisinopril, These results suggested that Ang produced may participate pathophysiologic state hamsters.
