Multiphoton‐absorbing organic materials for microfabrication, emerging optical applications and non‐destructive three‐dimensional imaging

摘要: Non-resonant two-photon absorption (TPA) can be defined as the simultaneous of two photons, via a virtual state, in medium. TPA exhibits quadratic dependence on incident light intensity, resulting highly localized photoexcitation. Recent developments design and synthesis efficient, stable organic materials are discussed. Microfabrication induced free radical polymerization acrylate monomers cationic epoxide was accomplished using commercially available photoinitiators, also custom-made compound possessing high absorptivity. Two-photon facilitated photoisomerization fulgide solution polymer thin film demonstrated photochromism its application interferometric image recording, respectively. Greatly enhanced signal-to-noise ratios resolution were achieved non-destructive three-dimensional fluorescence imaging polymer-coated substrate versus conventional single-photon laser scanning confocal microscopic imaging.
