Annealing effect on the optical properties and interdiffusion of MgO/Zr/MgO multilayered selective solar absorber coatings

摘要: Abstract Selective solar absorber coatings based on MgO/Zr/MgO multilayered were prepared onto Zr coated stainless steel substrates using e-beam evaporation. It was found that exhibited a good spectral selectivity of 0.91/0.12. The effect annealing the optical properties and interdiffusion between layers investigated. Annealing coating in air up to 300 °C did not show significant change as well indicating coating’s thermal stability temperature. at 400 °C leads decrease absorptance an increase emittance considerably, which due interlayers appeared MgO layers, oxidation both thickness composition investigated by RBS analysis. MSSACs be thermally stable 250 °C for 24 h.
