摘要: Cytochrome P450 (P450) oxidations are the most common reactions involved in metabolism of drugs. consist two phases, oxygen activation and substrate oxidation. The latter phase has a general inherent chemistry. However, owing to rearrangements during after oxidation, catalyze diverse processes including carbon hydroxylation, heteroatom oxygenation dealkylation, epoxidation, variety other transformations. course is considered not be due chemistry associated with individual P450s but juxtaposition substrates within active sites. Keywords: cytochrome P450; electron transfer; oxygen activation; carbon hydroxylation; rearrangements
